Magaloop connected independent retailers with beverage suppliers through a consumer-facing ordering app and seller platform. Designing these products meant understanding two very different user groups and the real-world workflows connecting them. I conducted extensive field research in supplier warehouses and independent retailers, speaking with more than 100 customers and suppliers. With over six years of experience designing across fintech, e-commerce, and mental health, I specialise in finding elegance in complexity. I believe excellent UX goes beyond solving a problem for a person. It should delight.
Before becoming a product designer, I studied physics. That scientific background still shapes how I work: curious, analytical, and comfortable untangling complex problems. After graduating, I received a Fulbright Scholarship and moved to Germany.
Outside of design, I love reading, racing marathons, film photography, and making music. I write and perform as Queen Quail, my indie rock project. I am also, of course, obsessed with my dog, Kiki.
